How can I purchase a LYNN RITCHIE item?
Our Online Shop is always available. We process and ship orders as quickly as possible.
To start, just make your selections in our Online Shop, and then follow the onscreen directions. Your total shipping charges are automatically computed during checkout prior to the completion of your order. You'll receive instant order acknowledgement via e-mail. Once the order has been processed and the garment is confirmed as to be in stock, your item will be packed securely and shipped. Please note that quantities are limited and subject to availability.
We charge your credit card only upon shipping. Shipping and payment options vary, depending on whether you are in or outside the United States.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept MasterCard, Visa and American Express. In addition, US customers may also pay by check or money order.

Do you charge sales tax?
Because we are located in New York, all orders shipped to addresses in New York State are subject to 8.375% Sales Tax. Otherwise, there is no tax.
Care of garment
Lynn Ritchie items are made in China and locally, using the finest fabrics and materials. Each item carries small individual differences. Due to the nature of the fabric, slight variances may occur, as well as the potential for color transfer. We would suggest that particular care is taken when wearing any of our items.
What is your privacy policy?
Your privacy is important. We do not share customer information or e-mail addresses with anyone.
What is your cancellation policy?
Ritchie Corp. reserves the right to cancel any order in full or in part for any reason whatsoever. Ritchie Corp. reserves the right to impose a restocking charge of $35 for cancelled or returned orders. If you would like to cancel or change your order, please contact us at (646) 366-0250 or e-mail alucila@lynn-ritchie.com as soon as possible. We will do everything we can to accomodate your request. But please bear in mind that our order-fulfillment and shipping system are designed to get the orders on their way as quickly and efficiently. Therefore we cannot change or cancel an order once it has entered the shipping process.
Please note: If you cancel an item that qualified you for a promotion or special deal, you may no longer receive that discount or promotion.

RETURNS:
How do I complete my return or exchange?
Here's what you need to do:
Step 1. E-mail alucila@lynn-ritchie.com for a Return # (we will refuse any returns/exchanges without it).
Step 2. Download this Return and Exchange Request Form(Acrobat Reader required). If you are having trouble downloading, you can email us at alucila@lynn-ritchie.com and we can send you a Refund and Exchange Request Form via fax or e-mail.
Step 3. Once you have filled out the form you must fax it to (212) 768-7773 completed in order for us to process your return/exchange. Pack the bag securely with the copy of your packing list, R/E form and write the Return # on the exterior of the box in big print.
Step 4. Return it to us using the delivery service of your choice.
