SHIPPING INFORMATION :
Standard Shipping Policies & Rates:
To estimate when your order will be delivered, please take the following into account: All orders including Same-Day orders are subject to credit card authorization and verification prior to processing. For security purposes and as a protection to our customers, Lynn Ritchie reserves the right to cancel orders with incorrect billing information in which you will not be charged.
Please note on Same-Day orders we will contact customers before noon to expedite the order. In the event that your information is not verified by noon, your Same-Day order will be shipped the next day upon verification.
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders received on weekend days, holidays and after 12 noon EST will be processed the next business day So your order is shipped without delay, please make certain that the billing information you have provided exactly matches your credit card issuing bank's records. Verification and order processing normally takes one business day.

As soon as your order is billed and shipped, we will send an email confirmation with shipment and tracking details.
Find the USPS or Fedex number on your shipping confirmation email and enter that number at either www.fedex.com or www.usps.com to check status of your online order.
Please note that it can take up to 24 hours before tracking information is updated on the shipping carrier's website (your order can be shipped either via USPS or Fedex). Please consider the following when tracking your order:

Credit card verification / approval must be made prior to processing your order. In the event that your credit card is not authorized, reserves the right to cancel your order. Should this occur, an email notification will be sent.

Express and Express Plus orders placed after 1PM EST are processed the following business day.

Express orders are shipped during business days (Mondays through Fridays, excluding holidays).
